Building has a 24 hour doorman, gym, sun deck overlooking downtown Manhattan, laundry facility, bike storage, free grocery delivery service, and a parking garage if needed for an additional cost. Management in my building is great!! The apartment itself has a dishwasher, granite countertops, tall ceilings (top floor!) and amazing views of the city. The current roommates are two females, mid to late 20s who enjoy drinking wine together, watching tv and occasionally grabbing dinner.
