I will be moving in with my boyfriend, so trying to find somebody to take over my room.
My roomates Nancy and Meghan are looking for a female roomate to fill our 3 bedrooms/2.5 baths apartment located on the river in downtown Hoboken.
You would have the master bedroom with your own private in-suite bathroom and 2 large closets. This room is opposite to the other 2 bedrooms in the apartment so you would have privacy and has its own access to the balcony with view of the city.
The apartment is in a high rise building with amazing view of the city and great natural light; fully equipped kitchen, a balcony and in-unit laundry.
The building has a lot of amenities including a gym, sun deck with barbecue grills, concierge.
About the roommates: They are two young professionals, working in NJ and in the city. Pretty low key during the week, very clean and who never bring the party home. Both vaccinated.
Move in date: flexible February -March.
