Room for rent in Hoboken

my roommate is moving out and I’m looking for roommate - February 1 - March 1. Rent is $1450. No broker fee.

It’s a 2 bedroom, 1 bath with Gym and Pool located on 11 and park. Close to everything uptown (trader joes, tons of bars and restaurants) including bus on street to nyc (takes 15-20 min to get to port authority). You’ll have the back room with lots of closet space. It’s quiet and complete opposite side from roommate. The bed, dresser and tv in that room are for sale if wanted to come with the room!

The common area- Living room, kitchen and dining room are furnished and will remain furnished. AC unit included. Hot water and heat included. Would have to split utilities (gas, electric, cable). Around 100$ a month sometimes more in summer.

W/D, dishwasher, garbage disposal in unit. Bathroom and kitchen are renovated.

I’d be living with you, I’m 27 year old male. I work hybrid from home half the week and mostly traveling the other days. Enjoy working out, hanging with friends and going out on the weekends. I work in energy, from the shore area, like to cook, and have friends over occasionally.
