I have loved living in this apartment! It is in the 333 River building right by the Hoboken waterfront. We are in a high floor unit with a balcony with views of Manhattan.

I’m renting out my bedroom which comes with its own bathroom. You would be living with two female professionals in their 20s/30s, who are working hybrid and in-office. The apartment has in-unit washer dryer.

The building is also very nice with multiple elevators, doorman/concierge for packages, gym, rooftop with grills and views, and a garage. The doormen are very friendly, the hallways kept clean, and maintenance is very responsive.
