(1-year lease only!)Looking for a preferably female roommate to fill 1 room in a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom 1400 sq. Ft. apartment in downtown Hoboken starting September 1st. We are a 12-minute walk from the path and a 5-minute walk to the light rail. There is free bike storage in the garage. The available room is about 10 x 12 feet. It easily fits a queen bed. There is a large closet in the room as well. There is a Washer and Dryer in the unit in the hall closet. It is free of charge. We have standard full-size GE appliances including a microwave, oven, dishwasher, and fridge. We have a digital telecom system to let people into the building virtually. There is also a private balcony and shared yard. The available room would share a bathroom with one other female roommate who currently lives in the apartment. We are looking for someone who is mature, neat, and friendly. We keep the apartment clean and hope that a new roommate would also chip in with regular chores.
