⁃ Forced air A/C and radiator distributed heat on both first and second floors
⁃ Fully furnished living space with fireplace (not functional)

⁃ Close to Hudson River Boardwalk
⁃ Gym 2 blocks away

Roommate Requirements:
⁃ Full-Time Employee (9-5 commuter preferred)
⁃ No pets
⁃ Non smoker
⁃ LGBT+ friendly (current 1 straight, 1 gay)
⁃ Clean
⁃ Minimal party household
⁃ Financially stable and able to pass credit check (cost $50)
