There is a bedroom available in my three bedroom midtown apartment in Hoboken NJ. Located on 7th & Jefferson, it is a beautiful and modern space: 3 bedroom, 2 bath and 1400 square feet. The apartment itself is located on the top floor so it is very quiet. The landlord runs his business out of the first floor and lives in the second, he's very laid back and helpful if we encounter any problems.

Some highlights: it has direct elevator access into the apartment, laundry in unit, marble top kitchen with large island and offers rooftop access. The bedroom that is available has a large closet and motorized blinds that open with the push of a button. The kitchen, bathroom and living room are furnished. The bedroom easily fits a queen size bed frame and mattress. The photos attached were shot using a wide lens, so the bedroom appears much smaller in the photos than it actually is.

One year lease potentially available as soon as 10/01/2022 but most likely 11/01/2022. Rent is 1400$/month.
