Hiya – I’m moving out of my room at the end of the year and looking to fill it. *The current lease ends March 31, 2023, but you and the other roommate will have the option to renew.
This is for the master bedroom in a 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom apartment in a luxury Downtown Hoboken building. Apartment is spacious, has a modern finish, and gets tons of natural light. The room includes a big walk-in closet, and the attached bathroom is more than ideal for one person.
Monthly rent is $1650 and utilities are approx. $100.
As for the other roommate, he’s 26 and working in asset management, going into his Jersey City office 1-2 days per week. Great guy and very clean and respectful.
