Hello! I am looking for someone to join my lease and take the second bedroom in my 2 bed 1 bath apartment located on the historic Garden Street in Hoboken, between 3rd And 4th! Available for move in immediately or February.
A little bit about the apartment:
-rent is $1275/month
-security deposit $750
-lease is until 11/30/23
-fully stocked kitchen and furnished main living room
-room is unfurnished
-in-unit washer/dryer and dishwasher, additional laundry in basement
-close to the PATH and NJ transit
-room is large enough to fit a queen bed
-split of utilities. Water is included in the rent.
A little bit about me:
I am 26F and am working full time as a chemist. I commute into work via PATH 5 days a week. I enjoy an active life style as well as local events. I like going to the gym, skiing, beach trips in the summer, a nice night out, and have an ever growing list of hobbies. I would like to check out the local music scene and maybe a trivia night. It would be great if my roommate and I were able to be friends! I keep the apartment clean especially shared spaces. Unfortunately I am allergic to pets.
The apartment is a drug free/smoke free zone including MJ and you’ll need to apply to the management company to be added to the lease.
