Hi! I am looking to fill one bedroom in our 3 bd 1 bath apartment in Hoboken starting May 1. Lease is month to month and prefer someone that plans to stay long term but would also be open to a shorter sublet.

Apartment has a dishwasher, central air and heat, laundry in the building, elevator, parking available in garage (additional fee), shared outdoor courtyard. The living area is open and spacious. The bedroom fits a queen bed and has a large closet. Living area and kitchen are fully furnished.

Apartment is 15 min walk to the Path, 3 blocks from a bus stop
