Hoboken Apartment Lease Takeover

I'm looking for someone to take over half of a lease for my Hoboken apartment on 4th Street. It's 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, a few blocks from the 2nd Street light rail, and about a 15-minute walk to the Hoboken Terminal/PATH. You will be in the master bedroom with attached bath, unfurnished. It has an In-unit dishwasher, and washer and dryer for the floor. Your half is $1,675 a month plus utilities. There is a garage available for an extra $250. The lease is up December 2024. A bit about you're roommate: "I’m 28 in July and currently work as an insurance broker in Manhattan near Bryant Park. Avid sports fan and video game enjoyer. I’m very laid back and always make sure to clean up after myself. I also have a 3 year old cat, she is very cuddly and sweet. Normally keeps to herself but will occasionally come up for pets and treats."
