RENT: $1300, includes (Heat, Hot Water and Electricity)
Needed to move in First & Last Month
Roommate must have a steady job (need proof of lat 2 check stubs), clean and good energy! Sorry no couples, kids, or pets.
I have converted the Living room into a nice bedroom that can fit a queen size bed (you would have to bring). Apartment is already furnished!
The Apartment has 1 bathroom, Washer & Dryer, Dishwasher!
