There is a shared living room, dining room, office/guest room, basement, kitchen, one bathroom, and a yard with a pool! The room is small but can fit a queen sized bed and the closet is deep. There is also space in the basement for storage.
The house is steps away from the bus stop and a 15 minute walk to the light rail or 10-15 minute drive to Journal Square.
About me: I am a 30 year old Jersey City teacher and have lived in JC for 4 years. I'm pretty quiet and easy going. I like to cook, go to the gym, and be outside. I'm looking for a roommate who is respectful, kind, and doesn't mind my dog who is a corgi mix. He is super loving but doesn't get along with other dogs in the house so please no pets.
Rent with utilities is $900. (Washer and dryer in the house)
