Looking For Roommate In Jersey City

My husband and I are looking to share a two bedroom condo in Jersey City just a few blocks away from Journal Square. Rent would be $800 per month, and to move in would require a $800 deposit. All utilities will be paid by us. The condo is spacious, with central-air/heat/AC, and laundry machines on the premises. It's a great access point for public transportation, including to and from New York, and it's in a very decent neighborhood. Please respond to email above if you're interested.

- Must be respectful of roommate's privacy, property and space.

- ***Must be good with cats and not allergic. We have one small cat.

- Smoking is okay, but must be done outdoors.
