Spacious room on ground floor in a newly renovated apartment. 3 bed, 1.5 bath super cute apartment! Shower is in 1 of the bedrooms, but we are usually around different times and respect eachothers' privacy. You would be living with 2 girls who are organized but fun! Brand new, stainless steal kitchen appliances & washer/dryer. Awesome deck out back. Central heating, window AC optional. Hot water included. We all split wifi & gas/electric. Street parking if you have a car. We are a 5 min walk to grocery store, 9 min walk to Newark Ave with all the JC Bars & Restaurants and Grove Street Path Station! 15-20 min to NYC!
