Room in Luxury High Rise with great views

We are looking for a 3rd roommate for our apartment in exchange place across the water from WTC. This apartment is spacious and clean with washer and dryer in the unit. I have lived here for 4 years and am from Portland Oregon. Alex, the second roommate, is from England. We both work in the city 50% of the time and work from home the other 50%. We have all 3 worked from the apartment and haven?t had issues with space. The apartment has a pool / barbecues in the summer on the 11th floor roof as well as a gym all year. The room is 10.5x11 with enough room for a queen sized bed. There are 2 bathrooms with one shared between yourself and Alex. Fairly low key at any time, and a quiet place to live being on the 29th floor and next to the water. If you?re into watching movies/shows we set up a fairly massive full HD theatre in the living room (150?) with a good speaker set up which is an experience. Also, we are very clean and abide by the Covid rules, though Alex and I have both had Covid, so our cleanliness is in an effort to protect others.
