Hey! I currently live in a studio but I bought a condo down the street so I will be moving out on January 11th.

1 minute Walk to Grove Street Path station and 15 second walk to the most premier gym in Jersey City (membership included)

The rent will include
Base jersey city - gym membership 150/m value
Amenities - pool, grills, roof top and common space
Studio would be all to your self obviously!

The rent here is 2335 and if I give it up then the prices will surely go up plus I?ll have a lease break fee.

21st floor and partial views of NYC. There is plenty of Sun!

The lease is technically up July 31st so at that time you can decide to keep the apartment or let the lease expire.

Your monthly income would need to be 3x the rent

Washer dryer in unit

I could leave the Murphy bed here if you catch me before i move out on the 11th

A table and chairs will be left here or thrown out
Everything else would be removed and ready to be moved in January 30th
