Room for rent in downtown Jersey City next to PATH

I am currently looking for someone to take over my spot in a 3bed 1bah apartment.

It is located downtown, a 30 second walk from the Grove St PATH station. It is a 15 min train ride to the WTC, and 20 min ride to 33rd St.
You are right next to all the bars and restaurants down Newark Ave. A 10 min walk from the Newport Mall. The prime location of the apartment is what makes the price worth it.

The two roommates who currently live here are both female professionals in their twenties. I would prefer another female professional to occupy the space, but am open to other candidates so long as it?s a good fit.

The room is on the smaller side, but can fit a full size bed. You would share the bathroom, living room and kitchen with roommates.
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher. No in unit washer and dryer, but there is a laundromat next door.

The rent is $840 a month plus utilities, which average about $40 for electric and internet. The total cost to move in is $1680, one month for the security deposit and your first months rent. This is a month to month agreement, so you can leave whenever you deem fit.
