First floor of a brand new 2 family house. Located only 4 blocks from MLK light rail station, 2 blocks to the 119 bus straight into midtown NYC and 1 block to 87 bus to Journal Square PATH train, 30 minutes total commute to NYC. This eco-friendly shared five-bed three-bath apartment is fully furnished, there?s also WiFi and a washer/dryer and central AC/heat. The room comes furnished with a full size bed in addition to a large closet, fridge, chest of drawers, wall mirror, a smart TV and more. Driveway parking is available for an additional monthly fee *negotiable* or free street parking. Weekly housekeeping of common areas included! Must have employment, proof of income and identity required (state ID). I will require a month and a half ($750. + $375. = $1125.) of rent to move in. This is due the day you are set to move in. NO EXCEPTIONS. I'll require 30 days notice should you decide to leave.

We are responsible, clean, friendly & helpful roommates.
