Private bedroom/looking for a Roomate

Hi I am a professional who works in Education. I have a room for rent located on a quiet block in Jersey City, New eJersey close to the Danforth Lightrail station with connections to the path. $1400 all utilities included/internet/washer/dryer. The house is minutes from downtown, route 440, Bayonne, etc. Everything is just about a good 5-10 minutes where it is located. If you’re interested please message me. By the way the room is inside a house which you will have access to the entire house except my private bathroom. Also you will have your own bathroom which is located on the first floor and the room is on the second floor.
