Large room available in 5 bedroom apt w/rooftop

We are looking for a new roommate to join our 5 bedroom apartment in Jersey City. Move in available January 1st. One month security deposit required. Room comes with a bed and desk. We’d prefer a roommate who can stay long term.

The room has a skylight and balcony. It shares a bathroom with two male roommates on the same floor. The apartment has in-unit washer and dryer, large kitchen and living room, as well as a private rooftop with a garden and a beautiful view of the Statue of Liberty. We also have an outdoor tv which we’ve been using to have roommate movie or gaming nights in the summer.

Apartment is located close to the Grove St PATH train which has trains running both to WTC and 33rd St, making it the best PATH train stop. It is quicker to get to Manhattan from here than most of Brooklyn. The neighborhood has developed a lot in the past couple years with luxury condo buildings going up all the time. They’re saying it’s the new Williamsburg and it certainly feels like it.

Utilities are about $100 per month which includes gas, electricity, internet, and a maid who cleans all the bathrooms and shared spaces once a month. No pets or couples.
