-Room is approx. 10x10; can comfortably fit a queen bed, desk, and wardrobe. DOESN'T HAVE A CLOSET.

-Bathroom will be shared with 2 other roommates

-All roommates are male, working professionals in their late 20s and early 30s. Everyone is typically out of the house during standard work hours (9-5).

-House has central heating and AC

-The lease is month-to-month right now, but we might be signing a year-long lease in the Fall

-Rent is $975 per month, and security deposit is $975

-Utilities are approx. $70 a month per person
