Large Bedroom close to PATH and NYC bus

Large, private bedroom available in an awesome location in the Jersey City Heights. The JSQ Path is a ten minute walk away, and there are buses to Hoboken/Manhattan within two blocks. Downtown JC is also only a short walk, and there are stores/restaurants galore within walking distance. There are a half dozen laundromats within several blocks.

Room comes with Verizon FIOS WiFi and all other utilities (gas and electric) included. Your room is literally across the hall from the bathroom and right next to the kitchen.

As of right now, there?s just one quiet guy in his 30s (me) living across the large apartment in a room with a private entrance, so you?ll barely even see me. There may be another roommate in the future, but that can be discussed. I should mention that room will have a private entrance as well, and the window faces the back of the building (so it?s relatively quiet). Official move in date is August 1st, but you can move in a few days earlier if needed. First month and security required. I?m hoping to find a roommate ready to commit for at least six months.
