Discounted rent on large 1BR with in-unit w/d

I live in a large 1BR with:
- in-unit washer/dryer
- modern kitchen with dishwasher
- walk-in closet
- huge windows with a ton of light
- two high-efficiency AC/heater wall-units

Happy to rent furnished or unfurnished, and if you takeover the lease I'm happy to sell you the furniture - I have a sofa, coffee table, desk, storage console, bed, bookcase, nightstand and more.

The building has a gym, grill area, and pool area. Grill area and pool area are open (yay!) but gym is currently closed due to Covid, but expected to open soon.

I'm offering my place at a discount as my work has transitioned to remote and I plan on leaving the area. Discount is negotiable.

I'm looking for a sublet or lease takeover - ideally adding someone to the lease as a 'roommate' to make it completely legit.
