I?m looking for someone who will take over my lease. It?s a studio located in the Beacon Jersey City Residence. The lease ends on may 2021.
$1700 per month plus $65 for the amenities. No broker fee, $750 security deposit and you?re good to go. No gas, only electricity bill that approx. $65 but I use AC a lot.
