1 Bedroom Available (Fits Full Size Bed)

We have one bedroom available for rent in a 4 bedroom, 1 family house. Currently there are 3 roommates (2 female & one male) (two will be moving in December) and the a live-out landlord. The room is located on the second floor with a bathroom that is shared with one female roommate.

A little bit about the household; there is currently 3 roommates, one owns a friendly Labrador Retriever. Some of the amenities included are a backyard that is currently under construction with a porch, washer & dryer set up in the basement, 4 minute walk from Richard Street light-rail or 5 minute walk to Ocean Ave where the #6 bus passes through and goes directly to Newport Centre. PSEG & Wifi are separate from rent. PSEG runs between $50-$80 & Wifi is about $33 a month.

Some qualities of the roommates in the house are that one roommate is a chef. She is a very outgoing, clean, respectful, kind, & friendly. She enjoys is currently also in school and she likes having fun and being the life of the party. With that being said, she is not one to bring the party back home without making sure everyone is comfortable. She would be the roommate you share a bathroom with if you choose to be our new roommate. The second roommate lives on the first floor, she is the owner of the friendly 8 year old lab. She enjoys hanging out with friends, sleeping, and keeping to her space but will speak if spoken to. Pretty easy to get along with but you will rarely see her. As for her lab, he would be in the room or going on walks with the dog walker but he will not be out & wondering while she is not home. She?s also trying to decorate and make the living room and basement more lively and homey. Finally, the last roommate is an older gentleman. He is respectful & quiet. He lives on the lower floor and shares a bathroom with the roommate on the first floor. Overall, all the roommates are clean, respectful, mindful, and we would like to find a roommate with the same qualities.

What we are looking for in our next roommate is someone who is clean, respectful, animal friendly, responsible, and does not have a party 24/7 mentality. Again, we all enjoy company but we also like to be mindful of everyone in the house. Some of us are in school, work the graveyard shift, or teach.
