Hi there! I?m looking for someone to occupy a room. There is a big room and a small room. Pets are fine! Smoking, as well as music. Couples are okay too, though it?s an extra $150 to the rent.
The apartment is a bit outdated, though my boyfriend and I will be doing major modern renovations to the apartment :)
I am very big on cleanliness, as I do have OCD. Due to an uprise in COVID, we wouldn?t share any utensils. Utilities are included in the rent as well.
