Room available for rent on the first floor (the other occupant is myself with my own room). Available November 1st with potential to move in sooner. I am a hardworking woman who is responsible, clean, respectful and looking for a roommate with the same qualities to occupy the room.

The apartment is located a block away from Lincoln Park and in walking distance to restaurants, stores, and supermarkets. It is 30 minutes walking to the transportation hub of Journal Square (good workout but much faster in a car) and 10 minutes walking to Saint Peter?s University. The room comes furnished, with a metal bed frame, bed (full-sized), TWO built-in closets, two windows, and one set of drawers. You would be sharing the bathroom with myself.
