Large loft style room for rent - Grove Street JC

Looking for a female roommate to fill an empty room December 1st in a 3 BR 2 bath apartment with balcony located 2 mins from the Grove street path and 2 blocks from Grove street bars and restaurant and a 5-minute walk to the JC waterfront.

Located in a gated building with an elevator, laundry on each floor, and secured mailroom. The apartment is huge with high ceilings and loft-style windows. The room that?s available is large and fits a queen bed, desk, tv, and more and has a large closet. The bathroom is shared with one other roommate.

I am looking to move out but you would be sharing the apartment with two girls in their mid-20s who work 9-5 in the city but are home for COVID. They would love to have someone who is a working professional mid to late 20s and is respectful and clean!

1st month?s rent and security deposit(1.5 month?s rent) + $80 application fee to move in. My old lease ends December 31st but we are looking for someone sublet for December and sign a new lease starting Jan 1st!
