House Share - Lower Lvl Studio (Separate Entrance)

A fantastic lower-level studio is available within walking distance of the Journal Square PATH station. The unit has a private entrance, bathroom, and full kitchen. The monthly rent will cover all utilities (Water, Heat, and Electricity plus Verizon Fios TV and Internet).

Absolutely **No Smoking** in, outside, or around the property.

Single Occupancy (with guests no longer than 1 month)

Owners with young children and pets live in the upstairs unit, so the occupant will have to be ok with the elevated noise level during the daytime. Loud noise after 11 pm is not allowed.

Pets (cats/dogs up to 75lbs) are allowed - a $150 non-refundable deposit is required.

A minimum of 6 months lease is required but preference is given for a 1-year lease.

1st month's rent and 1-month rent deposit are required.

The tenant is required to submit a credit report as part of the application. The fee is $40 and non-refundable.

Showings are available by appointment only beginning May 28th.

The unit is available June 11, 2022.
