Hi! I have a one bedroom available in a gorgeous 2 br apartment. My roommate is leaving and needs someone to take over the lease until Sept. 2021. Looking for a female mid 20s early 30s. Apartment itself faces the street and allows tons of natural lighting during the day. Comes with AC, heating units, washer/dryer/stove/oven/microwave, full fridge and dishwasher. The building is an elevator building, quiet, pet friendly and has a cute rooftop to enjoy during summer months.
Building is 5-7 minute walk from liberty state park literail which will take you to exchange place/ Newport path trains. The most convenient stop on the literail.

The room itself has a built in closet, large enough to fit a full size bed comfortably with two end tables and a dresser. Photo shows queen size bed for reference *photos are a mix of actual room and model unit photos*

Me: super sweet, outgoing, respectful of your space. I do have a cat named Louie who likes to hang out.
