The room is large with an ensuite bathroom. It has a spacious inbuilt closet. All necessary furniture is already there in the room - a full sized bed, mattress, lamp, dresser, desk, chair, art. Furniture can removed prior to move-in should you not want it.
The common areas (living room, kitchen) in the apartment are well furnished. The apartment has an inbuilt washer and dryer. There's a patio overlooking the river and the boardwalk leading to Newport - the view is Jersey's finest.
The building has all amenities - Gym, lounge, a rooftop with incredible views of the Manhattan skyline
You'll be sharing the apartment with 2 incredibly nice, fun and considerate roommates. The apartment is pet friendly. Both roommates are between 25-30 years.
