Two guys (23 and 25) are looking for a non-smoking roommate to share a large and modern three bedroom apartment. A private bedroom is available for $800 per month (you will share a bathroom with one person). The unit is on the top floor of a two family home with a balcony. It is only 3 blocks from the Light Rail and located on a nice quiet street. Close to the NJ Turnpike, Kennedy Blvd., Bayonne, New Jersey City University, buses, shopping and more. Street parking.

A large 11'x13' furnished bedroom with a complete bedroom set (including a bed) is available. Living room and kitchen furnished w/Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Gas Range, Microwave, Central Air plus Direct TV and Utilities are included in the rent! The room is available now. Single occupancy only. Pets are not allowed.

No Broker Fee. 1st month's rent plus a Security Deposit (1.5 month's rent).
