Large Room For Sharing

This room is not private, it’s being put up for sharing and for females only. There is no security deposit, instead we pay non-refundable rental insurance on rhino at 12 dollars. Electricity and gas is excluded. Please avoid the offering if you have pets to carry along. Parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited, must be quiet and very very clean. Sleepovers and bringing guys cannot be allowed cause its a sharing room. Looking for professionals or students, hopefully you don’t have much luggage. Otherwise, the property will be an amazing place to live.
