It’s a 3 bedroom 2 bath apartment, I am looking to fill two bedrooms with a shared bath, seen in the pictures below. (I have my own bathroom)
The living room is all furnished and the kitchen is fully equipped.
The building has a pool, gym, 24/7 concierge, garage, gold stimulator etc.

Transportation:
The PATH train station (Exchange Place) is located about 4 minutes walking from the apartment, with a 4 minute ride to WTC in Manhattan. The NJ light rail is located just 1-2 minutes from the apartment. There is a garage located in the building as well, if you have a car.
This is an amazing apartment and building with good vibes.
I don’t have any specific requirements other than you need to be respectful and leave the commons areas tidy.
About me:
I work in the city as a kitchen designer and when I’m not working I am mostly spending time with friends, having dinner, going to museums etc.
I have friends over every now and then for dinner or a movie night.
