Beautiful sunny bedroom

I’m looking for a kind, clean and organized roommate preferably female. Only one person.

Spacious kitchen which I don’t usually use, and no living room area. Gas range stove, bath tub, and across the street from Journal Square Path Station.

I’m in my middle 20’s with busy schedule (working and undergrad school) but we'll chat when we have time. I am looking for someone friendly, clean, reliable who wants to share the apartment with me. Unfortunately, pets are not permitted in the building. Laundry inside the building.
The room is available at the moment and to move in asap.
