We’re seeking to room with like minded people (NO SMOKE, NO VAPING, NO ALCOHOLICS social drink okay & NO DRUGS) responsible, respectful, clean, organized and with great positive energy! The community in this neighborhood is mostly African American, Hispanic and Hasidic Jewish in that specific order. Currently considering single-occupancy of the bedrooms, one person per room.
