Room w/ private living space ,office and half bath

I’m moving out on Nov 1 first and moving to California. So I am trying to help my roommate find another roommate! I have an apartment with 2 rooms available on Nov 1. but the lease is up on Dec 31. Once the lease is up, the other roommate wants to renew the lease so you can renew with her if you would like! One room has it’s own living area, a walk in closet, office space and a half bath. The other room is the master suite, so it has a walk in closet and it’s own full bathroom. The apartment has a total pf 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, washer and dryer in unit and a dishwasher :)
