2bed 2bath apt with outdoor space for sublet

Hi, I have an entire 2bed/2bath apartment for sublet from Feb 8th 2023~ June 30th 2023. in Jersey City Heights. I am looking for a responsible and clean subletter.
Please see the apt/room details

-2bed + 2bath + outdoor space (deck + small back yard)
-this apartment is fully furnished and have one queen size bed to the master bedroom.
- This apartment will be available from Feb 8th. Move in date can be flexible.
-monthly rent is $1900, utilities (gas, electricity, internet) are included to the rent.
- $2000 security is required. Any damages or lost items will be charged from the deposit.
-Central air
- Coin operated shared laundry in basement.
-Many Supermarkets and restaurants are within 10 minutes by walk.
-Easy access to light rail, Path train and Bus to Manhattan.

We prefer our subletter as
- a single person occupancy but ok for max of two people.
-professional or student
-no pet, no smoking is a must
-responsible and clean
