Lease takeover starting 6/1/2023

I am looking for someone to transfer over my lease to starting 6/1/23. The lease is until 11/14/23. Room available is a larger private room with private bath and walk-in closet with floor to ceiling windows over looking the water. Building is located in the Harborside Waterfront of Jersey City, 5 minute walk to the Exchange Place path station. Building has a rooftop, gym, and community lounge that is already paid for through the remainder of the lease. You would be living with a 27 year old female who works from home and has a small dog (she is very loving). The $2500 includes all utilities (electricity will go up as it gets warmer with the AC), including wifi. Reach out if you have any questions!
