Cute downtown Jersey City room avail Aug 1st!

Hi! I'm looking for a 24 - 30 year old female identifying person to move into my lovely downtown Jersey City apartment. My current roomie is moving in with her boyfriend so I'm now looking for someone to hop on the new lease on August 1st.

The building is located in the Paulus Hook neighborhood and is a couple blocks from the waterfront. Apt is on the second floor and includes a dishwasher and central AC. We have a shared courtyard with our neighbors and plenty of sunlight in the space. The room fits a queen sized bed and has a large closet.

I'm 25 and work in the office 4 days a week but am around on nights/weekends. I work in music, am pretty social, and love outdoor activities! I keep the space super clean and cozy. The living room and kitchen are furnished. You would just be responsible for furnishing your own room.
