The bed available is a foldable single bed or i have a frame for a Full that can be mounted in place.
The bathroom is quite large and has a shower/bathtub.
We travel quite often hence you will have the opportunity to live most of the time on your own.
We do care a lot of our house so we are looking for an individual that does the same, and follow the rules of the house.
The shared space is a living room with approx. 21'x13" of space, large window.
Location is very central, 2 minutes walking to grove street station,.
The Apartment is one ramp of stairs up in a small walk up building.
