Master bedroom w/ lots of light - sublet to lease

The largest bedroom in the top floor of our house is open for rent. 2 of the tenants have been here for 4 years. There is a full bathroom with tub and shower, and a half bathroom with a toilet and vanity. The floor has its own kitchen.

The master bedroom has 3 large windows facing the street and gets amazing light during the day. The room has its own private entrance as well. The room itself does not have a closet, but there is a large storage area directly accessible by the bedroom.

There is a small dog and a cat.

April is free, starting May the rent will be 1000. At signing time, you will be expected to join a year-long lease starting June 1st. The floor total is 2800; heat, electricity and internet included.
