Fairly Large Bedroom w/h large closet :)

Hello there! I'm Kimberly, a 24-year-old female, sharing an apartment with Denzel, a 25-year-old male. We have spacious bedroom with a large closet available for a roommate to move in by June 28th, just before July kicks in. You'll get a bonus of two rent-free days to settle in comfortably. The room is spacious with the largest closet in the apartment, it will come unfurnished.

Our apartment is a 3-bedroom space with one shared bathroom. The monthly room rent is $1,100, and utilities will be split among the three of us based on usage of that month. You'll have access to the backyard, kitchen, bathroom, and living room. Street parking is available around the house every day. I am a part-time home-based Nail Technician. Occasionally I will have clients visiting for their nail appointment. There may be a slight nail salon smell due to the monomer chemicals I use, but I have good ventilation and a door odor blocker to minimize this.

We're conveniently located a 15-20 minute walk from Journal Square, where you can catch the PATH into NYC or explore Jersey City. Both Denzel and I commute to work in NYC, so it's a convenient setup for city commuting. We're also just 10 minutes away from St. Peter’s College, laundromats, supermarkets, and more.
