Furnished master bedroom available in a 2bd/2ba condo. Includes king-sized bed, ample closets, dressers, and private bathroom.

The shared kitchen and living room are also furnished (counter w/ chairs, TV, couch, ottomans, etc). Dishwasher, washer and dryer in unit. Would be interested in splitting utilities (electric and internet).

The building has a doorman, common outdoor space with grills, and a pool (currently under renovation). There's also a gym in the basement. You would need to contact the building manager about moving in - there's a possible fee if you have a lot of things.

I also own two adorable cats. They're very friendly and love to be pet, but they also like to gallop around and fuzz up pillows by sleeping on them. Would appreciate a roommate who can tolerate mild cat shenanigans. I keep a small litter box in the master bathroom, but it's basically for show - they only ever use the extra large one I put in my bathroom.

As for me personally, I'm pretty quiet and I like to keep things at a "functioning" level of cleanliness - e. g. enough to make and serve breakfast in the morning. I usually invite my boyfriend over for breakfast and dinner on weekdays. On Sundays, we'll make brunch after Mass. I try to go to bed by 11 PM on weeknights and I don't go out very often, though we like to mix cocktails at home about once a week. I usually play games, draw, read, or pet the cats in my spare time.
