A Bedroom in a 3 Bedroom / 2 Bathroom is available in the most luxurious high-rise building in Journal square. The Apartment is on the 28th floor with a beautiful view of the NYC Skyline (statue of liberty and WTC). The building has all the great amenities you can think of including : 24 hour gym, spa, yoga room, conference rooms, cinema room, libraries and much more. The building is 2 mins walk from the Journal Square Path station. It is very spacious with a full kitchen, washer/dryer in unit and A/C in all rooms etc. The available room is number 3 as shown in the plan.

We are two professional males (25 and 30) working as Structural Engineers in Manhattan and looking for our third roommate.
