Large Room - Journal Square $525

Journal Square room for rent.
We have a large bedroom available starting August 1st . Room can hold a queen size bed and more. The room is large, private and unfurnished. Current roommate is moving out to live with his girlfriend. The apartment is located in a very safe neighborhood, opposite a church and a garden next door. It's a 5 minute walk from the JSQ path station (which means 15 minutes by train from WTC, Newark Penn, or 14th St).
You would share the rest of the apartment (large kitchen, bathroom, living room) with three quiet, clean, and respectful people. About us, I am an artist, one roommate works at a local Jersey City library and the other works in the city.

The rent ($525 1st month + last month $525) including utilities and a $525 deposit for move in, total $1575 to move in. We're looking for someone long term, who is clean, has a reliable job and is conscious of maintaining a nice clean space where we all get along and secure in paying their rent on time.
