Applicants must be a non-smoker, ideally mid 20's - early 30's and have no pets. This is building right in the heart of the Journal Square in Jersey City. It is a very quiet and relaxing place to live.
Minutes from plenty of nightlife and walking distance to plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, the Newport mall, and grocery stores, bank, post office.

One and a half month security deposit and first month paid to reserve the room.
Rent and shared- utilities ($15 internet, $20 water, and $50 (gas, electricity, heat) paid monthly directly to the landlord.
