HI Our Apartment is 5 minute walk to subway (JSQ Path station), Free Laundry on-site! It is located on main strip of the city (Jersey City Journal Square area). You are steps away from the main supermarket, restaurants, gyms, bars, and all other bodegas and businesses.

Public transportation (subway “Path” and buses) can 10 mins get you to Manhattan, Financial District, Newport, Hoboken, Newark Penn Station and all surrounding areas. The room is also very close to all school like NYU, Steven Institute of Technology, Pace, NJCU, St. Perter, BMCC, HCCC, etc.

Apartment comes with Fully Equipped Kitchen, and furnished bed rooms.

Each room will be: All utilities $50 +$20 water + $15 High Speed Wifi + Personal Lock Knob

credit Check (700+ score ) and proof of income/ fund is required by our landlord.
International student is welcome to provide I-20 and visa!
