Private Room (NOT 1 BEDROOM OR STUDIO, JUST A PRIVATE ROOM) in a Licensed rooming house for rent. We require a credit/background check for this rental and it cost $40 from a 3rd party service. It is performed by TransUnion and will be paid by the renter.
If you do not have credit, then we will require a reason why and need other financial documents to ensure that you are financially capable of paying the rent.

Now on to the description of the listing.
This is only a private room, not the entire house. Internet, supplies (Soap, toilet paper, cleaning, etc are included and furnished. Utilities and water is included Cleaner lives in the building and will clean the common area daily so it is very clean. Security camera inside and outside the house as well as electronic lock at all doors so it is safe and secure and well maintained.

1 Street from Journal Square PATH train so it's just 1 min walk to the station and then 10 minutes ride to WTC so it is super convenient to NYC. Supermarkets, restaurants, shops, pharmacy are all within a 1-minute walk. This is located at a great and central location close to everything.

Workers live in the building so it's well taken care of.

This room has a shared bathroom

Extra-person costs $100extra a month. Some pets are ok but they cost $50 extra a month and an extra $500 security deposit and you will have to sign an additional document for the care and maintenance of the pet.
